What Data We Collect
Email marketing: We may collect your name, email and any other information you submit through forms hosted on this website. By giving us your information, you are consenting to receive our weekly e-newsletter and/or any other products you request and are eligible for, such as our story republication alerts. Your information is added to our internal contact databases and to our email marketing system, BlueLena, powered by Active Campaign. Users who signed up before June 2024 will also have their data stored on Mailchimp, our previous email marketing service provider.
Cookies and site tracking: We use Google Analytics and ActiveCampaign to track visitors and demographic data on our site. While your information remains anonymous to us unless you have provided it through one of our forms, Google may connect your information to your site activity. How Long We Store Your Data
Email marketing: Your name, email and other information you submit via forms on this website will be stored indefinitely. Even if you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your information may still be stored. You may contact us directly to request that we remove your information, in which case we will manually delete your data from BlueLena and/or Mailchimp and our internal systems.
Google Analytics: Information about your site activity is stored indefinitely and anonymized.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any point. As we grow, this website will grow with us, and any additions to this site that process your data will be marked in this policy upon their activation.
